Terms
These Terms govern your use of phodega.com and any orders, reservations, or other transactions you make through it. By using the site you agree to them. The site is operated by Phodega (“we”, “us”, or “our”) using the Cornshake platform.
A. Orders, payments, and refunds
You can change or abandon an order any time before you pay. Once you pay and we confirm the order, we begin preparing it and cannot cancel it.
Payments and any deposits are handled by our third-party payment processors. We do not store your full card details.
If an order arrives with missing, wrong, or unsatisfactory items, contact us. If we cannot resolve it, we may, at our discretion, offer a replacement, a credit, or a partial or full refund, returned to your original payment method.
B. SMS messaging
If you opt in, you will receive SMS messages from us, which may include order updates, cart reminders, and promotional offers.
Reply STOP to cancel at any time. We will send one confirmation message and then stop. To opt in again, sign up the same way you did the first time. Reply HELP for help, or contact us below.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
C. Reservations and forms
Reservation requests and form submissions (catering, events, jobs, contact) are requests, not confirmed bookings, until we respond to confirm. We use the contact details you provide to follow up.
D. Acceptable use
Do not use the site to break the law, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit false or harmful content.
E. Intellectual property
The content on this site, including menus, text, images, and branding, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
F. Disclaimers and liability
The site is provided “as is.” To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
G. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of IL, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Privacy Policy
Phodega (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates this website (phodega.com) using Cornshake, a restaurant platform provided by Rolopad Inc. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use the site, place an order, join our loyalty program, or fill out a form, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights.
Cornshake runs this website and the connected services (online ordering, loyalty, forms, reviews, and messaging) on our behalf. Cornshake uses your information only to provide these services to us. It does not use your information for its own marketing and does not sell it.
By using the site or giving us your information, you agree to the practices below. We may update this policy and will post the new version here with a new date.

We collect only what we need to run the restaurant and serve you.
2. Sources of information
We collect information directly from you when you order, reserve, enroll, or submit a form; automatically through basic site logs; from our point-of-sale and loyalty systems when you transact in person; and from the service providers that help us run the business.
3. Cookies
We use cookies only to operate the site: to keep your cart, maintain security, and remember basic preferences like language or location. We do not use advertising cookies and do not track you across other websites. You can set your browser to refuse cookies, but parts of the site may not work if you do.
4. How long we keep information
We keep personal information for as long as it is needed to run the restaurant, serve you, and meet legal and accounting requirements, then delete it or remove identifying details.
5. How we share information
We share personal information only in these cases:
- Service providers acting for us. Companies that process payments, send messages (our SMS and email providers), host the site, and provide maps and reviews features (Google). They may use your information only to perform services for us.
- Legal and safety. To comply with the law, respond to lawful requests, enforce our terms, protect people’s rights and safety, or in connection with a sale or transfer of the business.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertising networks. We do not share or sell phone numbers collected for SMS for anyone’s marketing.
We may use and share information that has been aggregated or stripped of identifying details, which does not identify any individual.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you
- Correct information that is wrong
- Delete your information, subject to legal exceptions
We offer these rights to everyone, wherever you live. To make a request, contact us using the details in Section 11. We may need to confirm your identity first.
7. Email and SMS preferences
We may send you messages about your orders, account, and the operation of the site. We may also send marketing messages where you opted in.
- Email: unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any marketing message, or by contacting us. You will still get messages about your orders and account.

8. Third-party sites
The site may link to or embed services run by others, such as online ordering, reservations, maps, and social media. Those services have their own privacy policies and we do not control how they handle your information. Review their policies before using them.
9. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and you are responsible for keeping any account password confidential.
10. Children
The site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
